  • Understand the Sector Schemes and the Quality Assurance (QA) process alongside NHSS documents.

  • Become aware of the diverse classifications of road users, including pedestrians, horse riders, and cyclists.
  • Acquire knowledge of the terminologies used in the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) industry.
  • Learn the pathways to becoming a qualified operative, the process of obtaining a skills registration card, and the progression towards Supervisor level.
  • Understand health and safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Get introduced to the TTM equipment and the fundamental principles of its usage.
