NPORS Crusher Training

Upon completion of the NPORS Crusher Training Course, participants will be able to:

• Perform maintenance on the jaw chamber of crushers.
• Conduct plant maintenance tasks related to crushers.
• Understand basic hydraulics and system orientation.
• Navigate and understand basic electrics, including screen navigation and circuit orientation.
• Safely move the crusher and set it up for crushing operations.
• Follow start-up procedures for crushers.
• Demonstrate emergency shutdown and re-start procedures.
• Clear blockages and restart the crusher safely.
• Load and unload material onto external transport correctly.
• Adjust jaw settings, hydraulic tension rod settings, and plant orientation.
• Adhere to Health and Safety at Work (HASAW) regulations.
• Comply with Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER).
